Statement :

If ÎŁun and ÎŁvn are two series of non-negative terms such that  lim (un/vn) = l. Then

a)       If l ≠ 0, then ÎŁun and ÎŁvn converge or diverge together and

b)      If l = 0 and if   ÎŁvn convergent then ÎŁun convergent .
